Alright, incoherent rambling coming up now. I was born in '79, so late to the start of the party. I heard this song on the radio back in the days. Having lived a very sheltered life, I had not been subjected to this new music; I actually didn't know to classify it as house until a handful of years later. I immediately smashed the record button on my cassette player/radio and got most if it down. Long story short, my radio as well as the cassette medium went the way of the dodo shortly thereafter and I forgot for the most part about this song. Up until The Prodigy - No good started playing on the airwaves. I knew I had heard the lines "no good for me/ I don't need nobody" somewhere and just assumed it was a remix of some sorts. It bugged me when I saw the release date was 1994 as I knew I had heard it during late 1989. I forgot about all of this for maybe 25 years until I checked it out just now. I even remembered my sing-along lines. Anywaaaays, I am way too tired after a working day and have rambled on for probably too long but if there is a TLDR in here somewhere it is this: "Let there be house". PS This is a copy paste from a post on facebook that made me rediscover this song
